The meditation chair is designed in two components , the backrest simply slides into the seat making this quick and very easy to assemble.

The design gives the user comfort while sitting with legs crossed in front of you maintaining support for the back that in turn aids in the correct breathing patens. This enables the posture  to be totally comfortable, and in turn  leads to a fulfilling meditation experience.

The meditation chair backrest has carved spheres that are inlayed with gem stones or crystals that are reputed to cleanse and balance the chakras.
